Progressiveworld.net does accept advertising but it must be of some relevance to our readership - that is, related to progressive music in some fashion (band, label, distributor, retail, etc.). Our rates are listed below. Contact sollows@progressiveworld.net with your inquiries.
Rates as of June 17, 2006.
Level 1: Free. Your banner at the top of the appropriate catagory page (e.g. labels on Labels, artist on the Artists pages, etc).
Level 2: $35 a month for a front page banner (located upper right), which is a "shared space" (ads rotate). Plus Level 0 above.
Level 3: $75 month, your banner appears on the front page (centered above news scroll) and on EVERY page of the site (like ad(s) above), as well.
Specs:
- 468 pixels x 60 pixels
- Animated .gif or a .jpg is preferred, but we can also work with .swf files
Payment options:
- In advance -- if you are advertising for a set period of time and want to pay upfront.
- Invoiced at the end of each month - as our preferred payment method is PayPal, invoices will be sent via PayPal to an email address you designate; otherwise an invoice (MS Word doc) will be emailed to you
- When paying via PayPal, send to sollows@progressiveworld.net
- If you would rather pay by check, please make arrangements with us and we'll provide a mail-to address
