So let us concentrate on the bonus disc more than anything else.

To coincide with the recent Flower Kings tour of South-America, Mellotron Magazine editor Andres Valle thought it wouldn’t be a bad idea to release a limited run of the Space Revolver album. Housed in a cardboard slipcase the set also includes an extra CD which has been called Garden Of Dreams– A Collection Of Great Flower Kings Tracks. With a total playing time of 71:28 this disc contains material from all of the FK albums starting with Back In The World Of Adventures right down to Alive On Planet Earth. There is an additional booklet to go with it detailing all of the band’s history and discography, and to top it all, you are treated to the 11:38 version of the Genesis classic “Cinema Show,” which previously had only been available on the Japanese version of the Scanning The Greenhouse disc and on the Flower Kings Fanclub disc 2000. So this really is an ace package for those who don’t know the band as yet but have been reading rave reviews about their latest album. Imagine then buying Space Revolver and getting an extra bonus disc containing an in depth view on the band’s career. Who could complain about that? The only complaint might be that this is a very limited run indeed and instead of reading all the small print yet again you’d better contact Andres Valle to secure your copy! Do it NOW!
