CD/DVD Releases: Metaphor's The Sparrow Has Taken Flight

Malcolm, of the prog rock band Metaphor posted the following at E-Prog's newsgroup: "Greetings! I just wanted to let you know that Metaphor's new CD The Sparrow is now available.
