The Red Masque plans on playing some new material off of their forthcoming Fossil Eyes album, as well as one or two songs off of previous works.

In addition to this December 8th concert, The Red Masque are looking into another possible show at the end of December, as well as a performance on January 26th at the New Jersey Proghouse for a private party.

Work on the new album is going well, after some trouble with a computer crash wiping out some material earlier this fall. The band has since re-recorded this lost material, as well as added in some additional music, and we are finalizing mixes now. Knock on wood, the album should be finished soon. We apologize for this delay, and we are confident the album will be worth the wait.

Songs include (in no particular order):

Carbon 14
Carbon 13 (improv)
The Anti-Man
Das Snail
The Spider Is The Web
Polyphemus
Gliese 138
Lost In The Petrified Forest
The Worm
The Hive

In other news, the band has been scheduled to perform at an international music festival in 2008. The festival will not make any official announcements about the line up until the new year, so the Red Masque will not announce the name of the festival until this time.

We hope all is well with everyone and we look forward to seeing some of you at the upcoming shows, or to hear from you via email. If possible we'll try and get recordings of some of the shows on Youtube.

Thanks for everyone's time and support.
