Drummer Asgeir Mickelson of Norwegian progressive metallers Spiral Architect has issued the following update on the band's current status:

"Some time ago Blabbermouth picked up 'news' that we were working on a new album. Fact is that we’ve been doing that since we recorded the last album in 1998/1999. [Sceptic's Universe-ed.] However, not very often... We got lots of material but since most of it is old by now we'll have to see what survives. We also need to write a lot of new stuff. Unfortunately, the album is still years from release."[Source: Blabbermouth.net]

Robert Webb of the band England writes, "Firstly, a big warm welcome to new fans (your active support inspires!).

"I've posted up a new England track 'The Fortunate Wheel.' Many of our fans enjoy our instrumental music and so I've done a mix of 'Wheel Of Fortune' without vocals. The instrumental version will not be on the final album, and so its a rare chance to hear a very creative piece. Yutaka said he thinks its England's greatest track yet! (Feedback please!).

"Some fans will know that I have played Mellotron on the new and yet to be released Riversea album. This talented band are surely destined for great success: deeply interesting chord structures coupled with stunning vocals and lyrics. Facebook [Source: England]
