Rosfest is delighted to announce that we have invited Touchstone to play on Sunday morning 3rd May 2009.

Touchstone are a five-piece UK rock band with progressive rock, melodic rock, and alternative influences. The band was formed in 2003 by vocalist and keyboard man Rob Cottingham and guitarist, Adam Hodgson - both of whom are great admirers of bands such as Yes, Pink Floyd, Genesis, Rush, and Asia - to name but a few. The rest of the band is rounded off with Paul Moorghen who joined on bass in January 2006; Al Melville on drums in January 2007 and Kim Seviour on vocals in April 2007.

Adam Hodgson said: "Coming on top of the excellent review of our album by Geoff Barton in the recently published Classic Rock Magazine, this really is the icing on the cake. This is yet another first for the band, and we are all very excited to get our music listened to Stateside! We are planning to release our next album in Spring 2009, so the timing could not be better.

"We will be playing a great mix of old and brand new material, and we also have a surprise up our sleeve for the gig which we will announce closer to the time. The band would like to thank George Roldan very much for his support, and look forward to making more friends in the US."

RoSfest is looking forward to this performance by this up and coming brilliant band.
