Rush have just announced they will be playing Madison Square Garden in New York City on Monday, September 17th, 2007! This will be the last US date on the Snakes & Arrows tour and is sure to be a great show! The music biz being the fickle thing it is, 5 weeks on, Snakes & Arrows is currently sitting at #61 on Billboard's Top 200 chart (for the June 16 issue), but on May 19, 2007, the album reached #3! Ah, well, perhaps it should have been "slings and arrows" [as methinks of the Hamlet soliloquy, "to chart #1 or not chart #1, that is the question ... whether 'tis nobler to suffer the slings and arrows of a fickle..." well, I lose the meter... ].
