It is clear that the band Victory has an Instinct to record high-energy heavy metal music (since 1985). As you notice the very cool and calculated heavy metal cover, you are probably wondering if the music matches the masculinity of the image ? well, it does. Victory flex their musical muscles from start to finish on this release (released in the U.S. in November of 2003).

There is nothing special going on here, just steady as you go straight ahead heavy metal with all the hooks, enough to quantify and qualify it to be called melodic as well.

I must admit, this was a fun listen and quite addictive. At least you know what you are getting with this band, they don't pull any punches here, they offer up a solid recording that will rock your soul and bring a smile to your face. Besides, what else is there when you want to rock? So let's bang some heads and rock to great tracks like "Victorias Secrets" and "Plastic Hero." The lyrics snicker at life and some of the roles people play, making it real entertainment. This is all good stuff and real Victory for these long time rockers.
