Ray Wilson has one of the best voices in rock music today hands down, and he shows why on his latest offering Change. Known for his short stint in Genesis and several critically acclaimed solo projects, Wilson proves once again that he has one of the golden throats of rock and pop.

?Goodbye Baby Blue? has hit single written all over it, the melody is contagious as hell and there are several other tracks just as appealing. If you are thinking that you may be getting progressive rock by listening to this CD, think again; most of it is pure rock-pop delight that features one of the great voices in music. I know I keep saying that but it is a point that I need to drive home. After all, this guy is not a household name by any means and he needs more consideration as a legitimate growing talent than ever before with this outstanding effort.

The bonus tracks feature some heavier instrumentation and qualify as prog-rock but that is all you are going to get on this album. What you do get is great rock music that you will want to hear over and over again, and that I will assure you. Hey, if you appreciate good music, great singing and playing, this is your one-way ticket to paradise ? you snooze you loose; just get it.
