What would happen if you took a symphony orchestra, a guitarist, a singer, a drummer, some classical overtones, progressive music, choirs, so on and so on and so on ..... You'd probably want to know who the hell this band was right away and where can you get a copy??

Well, believe it nor not, all of the above descriptions belong to the work of 1 single man, named Karl Foster, who set out to become a one man, orchestrated, progressive metal band that incorporates Classical music into his songs ... Is it good? Actually it is, and more amazingly so because of the fact that Karl wrote, played and produced this WHOLE thing by himself ...

So why no buzz, why can't we get a hold of this disc???

Well, first of all, its out of print, and very few if any vendors sell this disc ... Also, as talented as Karl is, and no matter how creative his imagination is, he can't sing a lick, or at least not in contrast to the emotional, powerful music he has created here... With a better singer, even an OPERA singer, this disc would be high on my list of favorites ...

If you like Classical movements, and these songs are classified as movements, and you like your music heavily orchestrated, as in VERY heavily orchestrated, and you don't mind a little that his voice is very unfitted to this style, (he almost sounds like Pete Townsend singing Classical) then you might want to go on a hunt and find this disc before it becomes extinct ...

Sit back and listen to one, creative, different view of what one man's view of progressive music is ... Interesting and ingeniously written...

May have been reissued in 1997 by Progressive International (PRO 35)... the year I'm not sure of - ed. Jan 2006]
