      Abbfinoosty

      Ageness
Description: Finnish progressive rock band with a sound thats a mix of Marillion and IQ influences, heavy on the IQ. I mean, really heavy on the IQ, as vocalist Tommy Eriksson has a voice similar to Peter Nicholl's.

      Alas
Description: As with Agnus, these aren't really websites for, but rather about, the band. Alas began around 1974, with a jazz like style (though Greg Walker at Synphonic compares them to ELP). "This LP [their first] has a noticeable influence of tango and is considered one of the first works of tango-rock," or so the site once said (though in Spanish).

    From The Editor
February 21, 2016: No, really, we're still here. Ye old editor has a secondary life that for 3 months (Jan-Mar) becomes the primary life (nothing to do with primaries, incidentally)... and so into prog-hibernation we go ... Today, this is us peeking out the cave entrance to see if winter has passed yet...

    Big Story of Today
There isn't a Biggest Story for Today, yet.

    Current Rotation
The following titles are currently among those in rotation at the editor's desk:

Aaron English - American [Fever] Dream
    IO Earth - IO Earth
    IO Earth - Moments
    IQ - Frequency
    Matthew Parmenter - Horror Express
and more... (yes, 'stuck' on the RF2012/NF2012 lineup)
