Reviewed by: John "Bo Bo" Bollenberg, September 2000 This "regular" CD single sports two extra songs penned by Steve Wilson. "Disappear" is based on acoustic guitar on top of which Steve has placed some electric Gilmour-like guitar, REM-like vocals, restrained drums and yet more mellotron. "In Formaldehyde" sees Steve play with all the toys in his studio whether it's the various effects he can put on his guitar (thus obviously the Gilmour sound) or the various guises for his voice. Towards the end you can clearly hear Steve is still searching for the right lead, sometimes halting for a mere second to listen to what's already recorded.
