I tried to avoid re-issues, though I broke that rule with Ezra Winston's release. Plus, there are a few 2000 releases that I've either not yet listened to, or have not listened to enough to form an opinion on including Arena, Spock's Beard, Porcupine Tree, and many others, plus a few that because they are considered Jazz, I didn't include, namely John Scofield's Bump.
