Threshold have confirmed that their new CD artwork will be created by Thomas Ewerhard, whose credits include King's X, Vanden Plas and Asia. Thomas Ewerhard has been responsible for Threshold's artwork since 1998, including the iconic Hypothetical and Subsurface covers.
