Four new DVD titles are scheduled for release by MVD Visual this August. The first is Tangerine Dream - 35th Phaedra Anniversary Concert Live In London At The Shephard's Bush Empire 11th June 2005. This 35th anniversary show, filmed on June 11, 2005 in front of a sell-out audience, celebrated the recording of the landmark album Phaedra. The band, consisting of Thorsten Quaeschning, Linda Spa, Jerome Froese and Iris Camaa, played a multitude of songs from their lengthy career including "Phaedra 2005," "Rubycon Pt.1," "Force Majeure," "Logos" and a cover of the Jimi Hendrix classic "Purple Haze." Tangerine Dream's impressive live reputation dates back to the early 70's... Their multi-media concerts were completely improvised. This DVD is no exception.
