Although this new festival was announced about a month ago, we only just learned of it. The Three Rivers Progressive Rock Festival (3RP 2008) will take place August 23 - 24, 2008, will feature 10 bands over those two days, and be held at the Pepsi Roadhouse in Pittsburgh, PA. No bands have been announced as yet.
