"We are delighted to announce that the Summers End Festival line up is now complete with the addition to Saturday of Claire Hamill and Final Conflict.

"Singer-songwriter Claire Hamill was first signed to Island Records in the early 70s as a teenager. In the 70s and early 80s she toured with artists like Jethro Tull, Jon Anderson and King Crimson, was a member of Wishbone Ash and reached number one in the new age charts with the Voices album. A compilation, to be released soon by new label Esoteric Records, will span her entire 35 year career.

"Final Conflict are a Stoke-based Progressive Rock band with a 20 year history making dynamic, melodic progressive rock. Twin vocals and guitar are the main focus of their trademark sound, much in evidence on their 2006 album Simple. The band will play in the second slot on Saturday afternoon, with Abarax now closing the afternoon session."
