Progressive metallers Symphony X will embark on a North American headlining tour in April 2008 in support of their latest release Paradise Lost. Support on the shows will come from Dutch band Epica, who've recently released The Divine Conspiracy, and Canadian band Into Enternity, who released The Scattering Of Ashes last year.

In related news, Epica has been added to the line up of the Knock Out Festival, scheduled for January 12, 2008 in Karlsruhe, Germany. Already announced are Axxis, Gamma Ray, Helloween and Within Temptation.
