Millions of people have, one way or another, witnessed the skills of this superb guitarist because the acoustic wizard has written the scores for an awful lot of films and TV-series. Some of these songs have been revamped on Music For A Small Screen. Also, his biggest hit "Heartsong" is to be found here, this time re-recorded with the help of Steve Howe, Rick Wakeman, Neil Murray and Midge Ure. Fourteen pieces of music in all, which sometimes get close to the folk feel of Bert Jansch, like in "Shady Tales," whilst "The Lord's Seat" takes you right back to the middle ages. Another great proof of the quality of this underrated musician who shines both on acoustic and electric guitars in his own fantastic compositions.
